Many things can be said about 'customer service' in our country, unfortunately being pleasant isn't one of them.
"SmartClerk" aims to tackle this problem by improving customer satisfaction whenever reaching a human representative both inside the branch and a call center.
We have 3 main tasks to tackle,

understand customer EMOTION in REAL TIME, by analyzing :
Facial expressions
Voice analyzing
Contextual speech analysis
record your interaction and move raw data to salesforce CRM for future opportunities (i.e : "I'm flying to vacation next month", "I'm getting a rough divorce")
